This past week, I read The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern.
It was an enjoyable read, and I paired the e-book with the audio book and I found that worked for me and kept me on track and focused.

For content?
Writing style: Unique
Adult content: One vague sex scene, and a lesbian reference you wouldn't catch unless you're really paying attention
Language: One profanity early on (F-word)
Violence: Some disturbing images, but nothing major
Rating: 4 out of 5 rays (:

The Night CircusThe Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

"The circus arrives without warning..."

This was not one of the best books I've ever read, but I enjoyed myself.
The writing transports readers to Le Cirque des Rêves and allows them to have their own unique experiences while meandering thought the magical chapters
No, there are not many action-packed scenes, or epic battles.
This is poetry.
It is romantic.
It is meant to be enjoyed for what it is, not for what it could be.
With that said, I will be visiting the circus again.

Closes at Dawn"
